HELPING BELIEVERS BECOMES DISCIPLES
   GC's  education ministry is committed to fulfilling the great commission of Jesus Christ. Making disciples is an on-going process that calls on Christians to constantly study and incorporate God’s word into their lives.

   The education ministry oversees the planning, training and staffing of our educational ministry. See below for more information about educational opportunities for children, youth and adults.

     Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14)

     Overseeing the Children’s portion of the Education Ministry is James Clark, one of our deacons, and a childrens education committee consisting of several parents. Children’s classes (Cradle Roll - Sixth Grade) are offered on Sunday mornings at 10:45 and Wednesday evenings at 7:00.  Wednesday evenings these children meet upstairs at 7:00 for a time of singing, puppets, and teaching designed to prepare them for the evening's class. 

     These classes are designed to supplement the teaching the children receive at home from their parents.

     Grand Central’s Youth Ministry ensures that the classes, small groups, Bible Bowl practices and devotionals are coordinated in such a way as to present a cohesive message to teens about the good news of Jesus Christ. For more information on Youth Ministry click here.

     Classes for teens meet on Sunday mornings (10:45) and Wednesday evenings (7:00). There is a teen small group that meet on Sunday evenings to study God’s word, pray together, fellowship and have some fun. For more information on small groups click here.
