My small group is like my family. I need the time together with others Christians to talk about what is happening in my Christian walk, to pray together and to encourage one another.
~ A small group member at Grand Central
Christians have met in small groups since the beginning of the church in Jerusalem (Acts 2:42-47; 5:42; Romans 16:5; 1 Corinthians 16:19; Colossians 4:15).
Small groups provide an open atmosphere where questions and discussion are encouraged. Members can open up in a less threatening setting and comfortably share what is on their hearts.
Small groups provide the relational glue that helps hold us together.
