Q: Where is Work Camp?
The campus of Ohio Valley College will serve as Work Camp Central. All groups will meet at OVC for a devotional each morning before traveling to the designated work sites. Lunch will be served at the sites, and dinner will be provided back at OVC each evening.
Q: What is a Work Site?
A work site is a house that needs to be restored or refreshed which can include scraping, painting, caulking, minor repairs, clean up or yard work. Most houses are owned by people living on limited incomes or by seniors who cannot do the work themselves.

All sites are inspected by adults
Q: What is the Schedule?
Work Camp begins on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. Crew assignments, crew meetings, dinner and a devotional will prepare us for the work ahead. Each day will begin and end at OVC. The Monday through Thursday schedule will be as follows:
7:30 a.m. .......................... Breakfast
8:00 a.m. ........................ Devotional
9:00 a.m. ...........Work at sites begin
12:00 p.m. ........... Lunch; devo on site
4:00 p.m. ..................Return to OVC
5:30 p.m. ...............................Dinner
6:30 p.m. ............................Worship
8:00 p.m. ............. Evening Activities
11:00 p.m. ........................ Devotional
11:30 p.m. ........................... In dorms
Work Camp will conclude on Thursday night with a banquet, media presentation, T-shirts, and a special time of praise and thanksgiving at the Belpre Church of Christ.
Q: What Do I Need to Bring?
Each participant is asked to bring one four-inch paintbrush and one ladder. This can be anything from a step ladder to an extension ladder. Work campers will be staying in the Ohio Valley College residence halls, so you will also need to bring a pillow, bed linens (or sleeping bags) and any toiletries you might need.
Q: What is the Cost?
The cost is $50 per teen and $25 per adult. All participants must complete both sides of the registration form, enclose payment and give it to their youth group leader. There is a $25 late fee per person for registering after the deadline.
Q: What About Housing?
All Work Camp attendees will be housed in the Ohio Valley College residence halls. Don't forget to bring pillows, bed linens and/or sleeping bag and any toiletries.
